Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
• Manage front office operations, including handling deliveries and mail
• Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining the office calendar
• Provide administrative support to various teams as needed
