The owner of KSM originally started its business on this same location during 1960s as a Dockyard Industry named ‘Alam Nagar Dockyard’. Later due to local government’s decision and rapid expansion of Metropolitan Dhaka City, the dockyard business closed was down during mid 1990s and the owner decided to develop the total land for commercial purpose. As Aganagar is best known for wholesale clothing and small garments accessories trading place, KSM is renowned for almost last two and a half decades providing effective business place for various vendors and garments businesses. This commercial trading place has adjacent five buildings which made available of twenty five thousand (25,000) square feet floor space at each level in combine or even more can be arrange depending on the business requirements.
