Executive - Customer Experience (CX)
Location: Dhaka-Bangladesh

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in customer service/marketing or related field
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
Salary Range [BDT]: 20,000 to 50,000 monthly
Other Benefits: Sales commission, Performance Bonus, Profit sharing Bonus with benefits as per company policy.

We are committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers and we are looking for a dedicated Executive - Customer Experience (CX) to help us enhance our customer satisfaction and ensure smooth shipping operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full customer journey, providing exceptional service and support across all touchpoints in the shipping process.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through email, phone, and live chat, ensuring timely and effective communication.
• Track customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and overall customer experience.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues with shipments, escalating to senior management when necessary.
• Coordinate with logistics, operations and other departments to ensure smooth and timely cross-border shipping.
• Monitor and report on customer service metrics, including response times and issue resolution rates, to meet performance targets.
• Participate in the development and implementation of customer feedback mechanisms and continuous improvement strategies.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with wOow’s policies and industry standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service/marketing in courier, shipping, logistics, or a similar industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service software is a plus.
• Knowledge of shipping logistics and international trade regulations is beneficial.
