# Terms & Condition
* Rates are not negotiable.
* 50% payment is required in advance (at least 1 months prior to your event) for booking.
* Booking Money is Non Refundable
* The rest 50% is due on the day of the delivery.
* Photographers will be staying at the venue only .
* In case the photographers are required to work extra hour additional charge 5000/hour
will be included.
* It may take around four weeks to deliver the DVDs.
* please give the photographers 1- 2 weeks time to
process your pictures.
*You can chose any 4.5 hours of the day for the photographers to work. (In most cases it is from 7:30 p.m. to 12:00
a.m.)
*Photographs may be uploaded In this website or any others social networking site like facebook or flickr.If client has any objection,He / she must have to tell this before
*program details should be notified (like venue detials ,lighting condition,prime time of the program etc.)
