Abedin Motors Ltd. is looking for candidates for its *Cumilla* , *Rajshahi* and *Jashore* territories.

AML is one of the growing concerns that is engaged in import, sales and distribution of PTT Lubricants (No. one lubricant in Thailand).

_The incumbents are expected to perform the following activities_ :

* Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with clients.
* Achieve sales targets and objectives of the area.
* Manage dealers & retailers to maximize sales and market coverage.
* Collaborate with the team and make plan to increase sales.
* Execute marketing & sales campaigns as per plan.
* Participate in branding & promotional activities.
* Ensure proper product detailing to the dealers and customers.
* Plan & Prepare Marketing activities (Roadshow, Fair, Demo, Blogging, Customer meet program, Dealer meet program etc.)
* Accumulate data and prepare Weekly, Monthly and yearly reports to submit to the manager.
* Any other tasks as per the requirements of the company.

T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Profit share, Insurance, Provident fund

Salary Review : Yearly

Job Overview:
Asian Petroleum Ltd (Elf Lubricants) is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Executive/Assistant Manager – Trade Marketing to strengthen the company’s market presence and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies, managing brand visibility, and implementing marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute trade marketing plans aligned with sales and brand objectives for Elf Lubricants and other automotive products.
• Plan and manage ATL & BTL activities, including roadshows, mechanic meets, dealer conferences, and promotional events to boost market engagement.
• Implement in-store branding, POS materials, and retail visibility programs across showrooms, workshops, and tire outlets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to plan and execute trade promotions, retailer incentive schemes, and seasonal campaigns.
• Ensure effective brand communication across all trade channels, maintaining ELF's global standards and corporate identity.
• Collaborate with creative agencies, vendors, and printing partners for marketing material development and timely campaign ex*****on.
• Conduct regular market visits to evaluate campaign effectiveness, monitor competitor activities, and collect trade feedback.
• Support the digital and social marketing team in integrating trade promotions with online brand communication.
• Analyze ROI and prepare periodic performance reports on trade marketing initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and workshop partners to enhance brand loyalty and drive sales volume.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2years of experience in trade marketing .
• Proven experience managing ATL & BTL campaigns, dealer programs, and retail visibility projects.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and vendor management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and report preparation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under strict deadlines.
