ETKO Ltd., a Türkiye-based Audit & Certification company, is searching suitably qualified and competent professionals for immediate placement in its Bangladesh operations for the following position:
Job Title – Asst. Manager/ Sr. Executive (Marketing and Business Development)
Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Textile Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in the Textile/Ready-to-Wear/Sustainability services with extensive knowledge of Audit schemes and related procedures e.g. Audit & Certification of GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS, RAF, BCI, OBP, C2C, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ISO, ZDHC etc. along with factory compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Bangla.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines effectively.
• Proficient in computer skills e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Acrobat, Email

Certified facilities must foster a work environment free from harassment and violence. Further, workers in GOTS facilities retain the right to join or form trade unions and collective bargaining. Migrant workers must be treated with equity, and there can be no discrimination in hiring, employment opportunities, or compensation based on race, gender, ethnicity, social status, or any other aspect with the potential for bias. These rules are mandatory for every GOTS CE.
