Job Description. An operations manager is key part of a management team and oversees high-level HR duties, such as attracting talent and setting standards hiring procedures. They also analyze and improve organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity and efficiency.
Develop strategies in administrative manager functions to effectively run an organization.
Develop and implement administrative functions to monitor business operations
Develop recruitment management systems for the overseas recruitment
Assist and support agent management in handling visitors and clients.
Operations Manager Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field.
Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
