It is aiming to act as crucial drivers to deliver cutting edge efforts to to achieve Sustainability goals for Garments, footwear’s, and textiles sector. Over the last couple of years the Ready Made Garments (RMG) sector of Bangladesh has experienced impressive growth rates and becomes the 2nd largest apparel product exporter to the USA and European markets. The RMG sector contributes about 80% of

the total export earnings of Bangladesh and currently employs approximately 3 million workers, mostly females from underprivileged social classes. Such an important industry of Bangladeshi is under critical situation for
its poor reputation of abysmal working condition and unable to comply with national and international compliance standards and hence under risk of losing international market. In many cases factory staff still lacks
adequate skills and knowledge to ensure that required compliance standards are reached. In order to support the garments industry of Bangladesh towards the
improvement of the social compliance , Total Compliance has started its
journey in 2004 and is offering various services like consultancy,
facilitation of certification, training on compliance and safety issues,
supplying of various safety and compliance equipment etc.
