Acorp Limited (ACORP) recently signed a distribution agreement with Malaysian solar products and services provider Empire Tradelines (M) SDN. BHD. Empire Tradelines has multinational involvements in various medium to large solar based LED installation projects. Under the agreement, Empire Tradelines will supply LED Street/Park/Industrial Lights, Solar Generators/Home Systems, Off-Grid Home Systems, and, Energy Efficient Infrastructure Solutions, through ACORP in Bangladesh.

Mr. Arafat A. Islam and Dr. Anand Krishnan signed the agreement on behalf of ACORP and Empire Tradelines, respectively. Mr. Dan Millis, Chief Financial Officer of Empire Tradelines and Mr. Mamun Ibn Harun, Managing Director of Angle International- ACORP's strategic partner in Malaysia, were present during the agreement signing.

ACORP signed a strategic business development agreement with Malaysian company, Angle International SDN. BHD. ( # 1080024-H), well-reputed in the fields of International Defense Contracting, Manpower & Employment Management, and HR & Career Development. The Managing Director of Acorp Limited Mr. Arafat Islam and the Managing Director of Angle International SDN. BHD. Mr. Mamun Ibn-Harun, signed the agreement, effective immediately, at the office ACORP in Dhaka on March 7, 2017.
