We are looking for potential and experienced candidates for the position of Digital Marketing Specialist. We need to hire an SEO Expert & Digital Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this position, the candidate will be involved in developing digital marketing strategies, implementing digital marketing & sales plans, and creative planning and ex*****on of all the digital marketing campaigns, including good Graphics Designing Knowledge and develop marketing area, writing content besides SEO. Candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Job Responsibilities
• Implementing and Managing the Company's social media accounts. Expertise on Social Media platforms Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, YouTube marketing, etc. to manage digital marketing campaigns.
• Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
• Designs build and maintain our social media presence.
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
• Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Plan and execute all web, SEO, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Have a good knowledge of Online Travel Agency Digital Marketing strategies.
• Solid Understanding of On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO, be able to identify powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic.
• Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
• Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spending and performance based on the insights.
• Prepare operational newsletters and persuasive email marketing strategies.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and attend networking events.

Additional Requirements
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• You will have to build automated email marketing strategies based on different stages of customers plus you will be the one who will write those emails at first with full copywriting skills.
• You will have to create buzzwords, creative text for the ads and you will have to publish ads on Facebook, Google, and YouTube.
• You will also have to contact international magazines (i.e. Entrepreneurs) to fast forward our online sales.
• You will have to generate ideas for lead magnets. You will have to come up with proper research about the content. Bonus, if you can also build the contents.
• You will have to build landing pages and continuously update them by doing A/B tests.
• You will have to set up the analytics & tracking code to identify users' behavior and re-target based on their activity.
• You will have to work on our page ranking as well.
• You will have to create content for our all sector & make good content that anyone can't avoid.
• Work cross-functionally with other teams.
• Multi-task while designing components of various projects.
