The Shareholders of the IT Consultants PLC. (ITC) approved 12% in cash dividend for the year 2024-25. The approval came from the 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held on Sunday, December 07, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. using Hybrid System in combination of both online and physical presence at SKS Convention Hall, Dkhaka.

The Shareholders of the IT Consultants PLC. (ITC) approved 11% in cash dividend for the Shareholders approved for the year 2023-24. The approval came from the 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. using Hybrid System in combination of both online and physical presence at RAOWA Convention Hall-2, VIP Road, Mohakhali, Dhaka-1206.
