Job Description/Responsibility -

• Sample, lab dip etc submission to buying office within timeline & chasing them for comments as per T&A.
• Acc. Booking & tracking it up to inventory.
• Maintaining file in both soft copies & hard copies.
• Maintaining communication with both customer & supplier thorough e-mail & verbally.
• Troubleshooting.
• Responsible for managing all the activities related to sample development, bulk ex*****on & timely shipment
• Fabrics, Trims sourcing & price negotiation with local & foreign suppliers to ensure quality products with better profit margin.
• Creating TRF in Datalink and arrange satisfactory test report as per buyer requirements
• Maintaining PI, LC, import related documents from various fabrics/trims suppliers and work closely with the commercial team.
• Price Quotation, creating BOM
• Answered customers' questions about products, prices and availability to enhance customer satisfaction

Educational Qualification - B.Sc. in Textile Engineering. /Isometric.

Experience Requirements - 2-3 years

Job Requirements -
• Age 25 to 28.
• Knowledgeable in garment related areas.
• Good in mathematical calculation.
• Good communication skill.
• Those who have primary knowledge in word, excel will be preferable.
• Must have to be good in extra curricular activities.

Job title - Assistant Merchandiser (Head Office)

Job Description/Responsibility-

1. Sample development (Including of sample prog, yarn, fabric, trims booking) and follow-up.
2. Ex*****on of Lab dip, yarn dip, yarn requirement, fabric booking, fabric testing for the
bulk orders and follow-up.
3. Follow fabric progress chart properly & discuss with fabric team to track fabric progress.
4. Ex*****on of trims/accessories layout development (both portal and manual) & booking for bulk orders and follow-up regularly.
5. PI forward and arrange payment for suppliers.
6. Workout on embellishment development (both sample and bulk) such as print, AOP, embroidery etc. Also, placement of workorder on this embellishment.
7. Proper checking of bulk shade and forward to buyer as well as factory concerns.
8. Submission to customer for approval and follow-up for approval/comments.
9. Must monitor & follow-up daily sample, production, fabric, accessories Inventory reports.
10. Prepare and maintain proper TNA plan.
11. Team building through proper meeting/discussion and knowledge sharing.
12. Must maintain proper “To Do List” for smooth ex*****on (above tasks) and report to the Team Leader on daily basis.
13. Must discuss with Team leader in case of any urgency/failing to maintain TNA plan.

Educational Qualification -

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering from reputed University (BUTEX/NITER/PRIMEASIA are preferable). Major in Apparel Manufacturing is preferable.

Job Requirements -

• Age range 22-26 years
• The applicant should have good knowledge about apparel manufacturing.
• Proficient in MS office (Excel, Outlook), can speak & write in English.
• Able to work proactively, strong communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Punctual and “Can Do” mentality.
• Ability to work as a Team.

Job Responsibilities/Duties
• Mapping out training plans and schedule, designing and developing training programs (outsource – Brands/Suppliers/NGOs etc or in-house) for factory, corporate office, HR and more.
• Organize training/awareness sessions on regular basis, counseling and motivate to factory workers.
• Maintain strong liaison with Director, GM, HR head, Safety department to conduct or fix training schedule.

• Conduct firefighting training from Fire Service & Civil Defense authority.
• Conduct monthly Fire & Emergency evacuation drill to aware all workers and staffs.
• To ensure In-house Fire training for firefighter, Rescuers, New employees and Security personnel.
• Daily floor visit and ensure firefighting equipment status, follow up the daily/weekly/monthly checklist and activities of firefighting team.
• Monitoring and ensuring facility’s fire hydrant, fire pump and CFD are functional and working properly and smoothly.
