Safety Alert!

Hello Bangladesh, I'm wondering that maximum "LEED GREEN BUILDING" certified companies are from Bangladesh!

My innocent curtesy wants to ask a simple question.
Those who brave enough (he/she) can replay accordingly.

Q: Those companies certified to "LEED GREEN BUILDING":

A - Did they developed, equipped and established all required and mandatory safety procedures to ensure adherence to safety standard per general industry?

B - Did they developed, equipped and established all required and mandatory Fire prevention and Fire protection procedures to ensure adherence to Fire act and Fire Rule requirements?

C - Did they developed, equipped and established all required and mandatory emergency response procedure included LERP, SERP & MERP to ensure adherence to applicable standard?

D - Did they developed, equipped and established all required and mandatory emergency evacuation farmwork procedures to ensure adherence to applicable standard?

E - Did they developed, equipped and established all required and mandatory service procedure for all Safety, Fire and Emergency Response equipment i.e. fire extinguisher etc. to ensure adherence to applicable standard?

F - Did they developed, equipped and established all required and mandatory environmental, housekeeping and waste management procedures to ensure adherence to applicable standard?

Those who carries and promoting followings:
1. ASHRAE Bangladesh Chapter (RAL Region) promotes the advancement of HVAC&R technology, sustainability, and education.
2. Mediating companies working and promotes LEED GREEN BUILDING certification.

They do not have required qualification, work experience and approvals or credentials on general industry's Safety, Fire and Emergency Response including Environmental and waste management system, and they don't know answers of *A* to *F* questions that I mentioned above.

But they are constantly selling their business lies for making money and they are cheating the nation and Bangladesh- therefor it is our duty to highlight and expose those cheaters and prevent them from cheating the Bangladesh and Bangladeshi Nationals.

Fact of Carbon monoxide (CO)

Carbon monoxide (CO) is POISONS because that gets into blood vain through inhalation, binds to hemoglobin much faster than oxygen (about 200-250 times stronger), and displaces oxygen, starving your heart, brain, and vital organs leading to hypoxia, organ damage, and potentially death.

STEP-BY-STEP ACTIONS MUST BE FOLLOWED:

Step 1: must be through the gas testing, and it must on Bottom layer (not on Top – Middle stage because CO gas is heavier than air, so CO gas cannot flout on air).

Step 2: Stop Work & Isolate Area if CO gas is detected more than 60ppm and alertness shall be adhered if 30ppm CO gas is detected but normal work can be performed for maximum 8hrs, if CO gas is detected more than 200ppm than entire effected area must be evacuated.

Step 3: Identify the Source of CO and try isolate or wait for dilution or use forced blow-out/ventilation.

Step 4: Re-test the area and make sure respective area (confined space) is safe to perform work.

Step 5: Issue work permit for new work commencement, Re-issue work permit for existing work commencement. (Allow Entry Personnel Only After Ensuring Safe Readings on Calibrated Gas Monitor).

Step 6: SAFETY OFFICER MUST carry out continues monitoring of respective area/ surrounding area/ confined specs.
