1. Strategy formulation (in both for-profit and non-profit sector):This includes market research, business plans, intervention design, etc. The client is always presented with an evidence based, hands-on strategy document outlining next steps.
2. Organizational development: Based on existing or newly developed strategies Consiglieri can support in designing the process required to run a business / project successfully. This includes design of distribution systems, supply chain management, business process reengineering, development of communication plans, management systems, etc.
3. Evaluation & implementation of, mainly market oriented, development projects: We like to be involved in different stages including baseline surveys, midterm reviews, endlines, data quality audits, etc. Consiglieri can also design a full monitoring & evaluation plan for projects.
