Kyros Footwear Ind. Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic Territory Sales Executive who is passionate about the Sales-Marketing sector and footwear industry. He/she will be working closely with our Sales & Marketing team to ensure the monthly sales target, managing the dealers of assign territory and monitor day to day activities of his/her team members.

Job Responsibilities
 Achieve pair and turn over target of the demarcated territory for a stipulate time period.
 Handle and manage key customers by customer visit & successful sales call, address business issues and provide market visit report to Line Manager.
 To be vigilant on competitor's activities, prices, programs and report to the management regularly.
 Manage and lead the team and dealer management also
 To attend any complain about product or service or any others related matters.
 Any other job as and when assigned by the competent authority.

Educational Requirements:
 Business Graduate (preferably in marketing) from reputed public/ private university.

Requirements:
 Minimum 1-2 years working experience in sales, especially in FMCG
 Good command in speaking and writing English
 Must be capable in excel and power point

Additional Requirements:
 Adapting and responding to change
 Ready to travel frequently
 Ownership; make decisions. is accountable
 Pragmatic, pro-active, problem solver
 Following instructions and procedures

Job Location: Rajshahi

Salary: BDT 22,000 to 25,000/-

"গ্রামপ্রধান আমাদের এই দেশে কোনো ভাবে একটু পড়াশোনা করলেই খুব ভালো চাকুরীর ব্যবস্থা হয়ে যাবে, এই ভাবনাটি আসলে কতখানি যৌক্তিক? যদিও স্বপ্ন কিন্তু কোন যুক্তির ধার ধারেনা।

আবার আমাদের আর্থসামাজিক পেক্ষাপটে যেখানে শিক্ষার আসল উদ্যেশ্যই হলো অর্থ উপার্জন বা আত্ননির্ভরশীল হওয়া তথা পরিবারের হাল ধরা‚ সেখানে পড়াশোনা করলেই চাকুরী পেয়ে যাবে– অধিকাংশ অভিভাবকগণের এই ভাবনাটা মোটেও অবান্তর কিছু নয়।"

প্রায় ৭ বছর পূর্বে প্রকাশিত এই লিখা এখনো অনেকটাই প্রাসঙ্গিক। তারমানে এই সাত বছরে চিত্রটা একটুও পাল্টায়নি, বরং আরো খারাপের দিকে গেছে। আমার ধারণা পরবর্তী সাত বছরেও এই চিত্র পাল্টাবে না।
