RJSC Compliance for Limited Company:

Annual List of Members and Summary
As per section 36 of Companies Act, 1994 every limited company is required to prepare and submit the Annual List of Members and Summary every year following AGM.

Value Added Tax (VAT) Compliance for Limited Company:

Filing of Return
As per section 64 of Value Added Tax and Supplementary Duty Act, 2012 every limited company, registered or required to be registered is required to prepare and submit the return on monthly basis before the 15 days of the following month.

Income Tax Compliance for Limited Company:

i) Return of Income
As per section 75 of Income Tax Ordinance 1984, every limited
company is required to prepare and submit return of income
annually on or before 15 January (for the year ended 30 June)
every year.

ii) Return of Withholding Tax
As per section 75A of Income Tax Ordinance 1984 every limited
company is required to prepare and submit return of
withholding tax on half-yearly basis. First return: By 31 January of
the year in which the deduction or collection was made; and
Second Return: By 31 July of the next year following the year in
which the deduction or collection was made

iii) Information Regarding Payment of Salary
Every limited company is required to prepare and submit the
information regarding payment of salary of employees under
section 108 of Income Tax Ordinance 1984 annually on or
before 1 day of September every year.

iv) Information Regarding Filing of Return by Employees
As per section 108A of Income Tax Ordinance 1984 every limited
company is required to prepare and submit the information
regarding filing of return by employees annually by 30 April
every year.
