We aim for an ecosystem that is organically built to support the best minds of the generation to build innovations, become community leaders, and support the greater ecosystem on the path towards inclusive growth. The world needs responsible, value driven system thinkers and transformative leaders who will be responsive to the problems in communities, challenge the status quo and reconstruct systems to build inclusive societies. We are dedicated to promoting an entrepreneurial spirit that goes beyond business creation, nurturing empathy, developing problem solving skills and inspiring collaboration to find solutions. Hence, our processes are driven towards the creation of this entrepreneurial spirit. We believe a knowledge and skill-based approach will enable the youth to become system thinkers, build innovations and transform those into sustainable enterprises. These innovators and system thinkers will become role-models and shift policies in the future. Their success will start a domino effect to bring about the inclusive change we envision.
