এটা একটা request সবার কাছে। please সব গুলো group থেকে leave নিয়ে আপাতত সবাই চুপ থাকেন। সব group গুলো উনি follow করেন। visa একটা Diplomatic issues। যত দিন work permit আসবে তত দিন যেমনি হোক ভিসা ও আসবে।

I know and I am sorry for the situation. As stated before, I am just sending the information to Bucharest headquarters! I AM NOT THE DECISION MAKER! But again Cosmin's rules on all groups. Nobody seems to understand that it is totally wrong! I am not angry with Bangladeshi, I don't hate Bangladeshi, I am just a professional that wants to help, but in the right way! "Without interview" never existed and never will. Last year students were interviewed in presence by me. Maths students not knowing square root of 4! History students saying that Napoleon is a cousin of their father from Paris! But also good students, with wonderful English, with wonderful knowledges!
Between The Game players and real workers it is our duty to do the selection. It is not me nor Romania who started this nonsense. It is not me who puts tens and thousands poor people in vans everyday!
If you want to hate me for that it is your choice, but I underline that it is not me the problem! I come and go, the problems will stay!
I just want to give a real chance to anybody that has it!
But again I have no help from you. Just accusations! The mail is full again with lists in jpg and pdf format. Everywhere we read, there are people saying there will be no interview! Encouraging candidates to ask for appointments even if theybare unprepared to pass! Who is telling you this nonsenses?!?! Which Embassy in the world is doing something like this?
If for the last years good people, good workers, came to interview and took visa, this year we have 4 times the number of requests and very poor quality!
Again it is not my fault, but you point your fingers to me!
Whoever wants to understand will understand! If the law will change, if instructions will come different, I will implement in the very next minute! I have worked without pause and Ia am able to do that on behalf of your people and my country! This is how I show my respect and the fact that I care! Interacting with you! I can assure you that here there is not a wall of stone, nor a big ice cube! I am a person too and a good one!

আমি জানি এবং পরিস্থিতির জন্য আমি দুঃখিত। আগেই বলেছি, আমি শুধু বুখারেস্ট সদর দপ্তরে তথ্য পাঠাচ্ছি! আমি সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণকারী নই! কিন্তু আবার কসমিনের নিয়ম সব গ্রুপে। কেউ বুঝতে পারে না যে এটা সম্পূর্ণ ভুল! আমি বাংলাদেশীদের উপর রাগ করি না, আমি বাংলাদেশীদের ঘৃণা করি না, আমি একজন পেশাদার যে সাহায্য করতে চায়, কিন্তু সঠিক উপায়ে! "সাক্ষাৎকার ছাড়া" কখনোই ছিল না এবং হবেও না।
আমার উপস্থিতিতে গত বছরের শিক্ষার্থীদের সাক্ষাৎকার নেওয়া হয়েছিল। গণিতের শিক্ষার্থীরা 4 এর বর্গমূল জানে না! ইতিহাসের শিক্ষার্থীরা বলছেন যে নেপোলিয়ন প্যারিস থেকে তাদের বাবার চাচাতো ভাই! কিন্তু এছাড়াও ভাল ছাত্র, বিস্ময়কর ইংরেজি সঙ্গে, বিস্ময়কর জ্ঞান সঙ্গে!
গেমের খেলোয়াড় এবং প্রকৃত কর্মীদের মধ্যে নির্বাচন করা আমাদের কর্তব্য। এটা আমি বা রুমানিয়া যারা এই বাজে কথা শুরু. আমি নই যে প্রতিদিন হাজার হাজার দরিদ্র মানুষকে ভ্যানে করে!
আপনি যদি এর জন্য আমাকে ঘৃণা করতে চান তবে এটি আপনার পছন্দ, তবে আমি আন্ডারলাইন করি যে এটি আমার সমস্যা নয়! আমি আসা-যাওয়া, সমস্যা তো থাকবেই!
আমি শুধু এটা আছে যে কেউ একটি বাস্তব সুযোগ দিতে চান!
কিন্তু আবার আপনার কাছ থেকে আমার কোন সাহায্য নেই। শুধুই অভিযোগ! মেইলটি আবার jpg এবং pdf ফরম্যাটে তালিকায় পূর্ণ। আমরা যেখানেই পড়ি, সেখানে মানুষ বলছে ইন্টারভিউ হবে না! পাস করার জন্য অপ্রস্তুত থাকলেও প্রার্থীদের নিয়োগের জন্য জিজ্ঞাসা করতে উত্সাহিত করা! কে তোমাকে এসব ফালতু কথা বলছে?!?! বিশ্বের কোন দূতাবাস এমন কিছু করছে?
বিগত বছরগুলোতে যদি ভালো মানুষ, ভালো কর্মী, ইন্টারভিউ দিতে এসে ভিসা নেয়, তাহলে এ বছর আমাদের কাছে অনুরোধের সংখ্যা ৪ গুণ এবং খুবই নিম্নমানের!
আবার এটা আমার দোষ নয়, কিন্তু আপনি আমার দিকে আঙ্গুল তুলেছেন!
যে বুঝতে চায় সে বুঝবে! আইনের পরিবর্তন হলে, নির্দেশনা ভিন্ন হলে পরের মুহূর্তেই বাস্তবায়ন করব! আমি বিরতি ছাড়াই কাজ করেছি এবং আমি আপনার জনগণ এবং আমার দেশের পক্ষে এটি করতে সক্ষম! এইভাবে আমি আমার সম্মান দেখাই এবং সত্য যে আমি যত্নশীল! আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ! আমি আপনাকে নিশ্চিত করতে পারি যে এখানে পাথরের প্রাচীর নেই, একটি বড় বরফের ঘনকও নেই! আমিও একজন মানুষ এবং ভালো একজন!
