Looking for competent personnel for the below-mentioned position
Position: Distribution Officer/ ODC Officer
Competency & Skills and Experience required: Candidate should have a minimum of 1/2 years of experience.
Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to handle financial transactions securely and accurately. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sense of responsibility and reliability. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Academic Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Core responsibilities:
1. Ensure the timely and safe delivery of products to customers.
2. Collect payments from customers, maintain accurate transaction records, and submit payments to the Cashier.
3. Verify and reconcile collected funds with sales records.
4. Handle invoices, receipts, and other necessary documentation.
5. Provide excellent customer service.
6. Maintain the delivery vehicle in good working condition and adhere to all safety protocols.
7. Report any discrepancies, customer complaints, or operational issues to the reporting head.
8. Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and security.
9. Manage and report product returns to higher authorities.
10. Ensure product delivery to customers as per VAT challan.
11. Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure.
12. Be willing to travel across Bangladesh as required.
Salary: Negotiable. (Depends on Experience)
Job Location: Sylhet.
