D&C Tex (BD) Ltd. is well established selling/exporting company in RMG sector for domestic and international market. We are expanding our business rapidly and need some high professional as per below for day to day operation.
Asstt. Merchandiser – Sales and Marketing

Job Description / Responsibility
Must follow strict routine and visit buyers and factories on a daily basis.
Regular follow-up with existing/potential clients along with production unit.
Build a strong relationship with the customer.
Market visit, client hunt, create market opportunities.
Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets to promote the products.
Make presentation to the potential customers and management.
Prepare report as required by management, especially sales report updating, monitoring and follow up regular basis to achieve the targets.
Develop plans for products and promotion and taking necessary action regarding integrated brand management.
Prompt reply on e-mail and phone is mandatory.
Educational Requirements
Minimum Graduate/Bachelor`s degree in Textile / Fashion Design.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 1-2 Years
Additional Job Requirements
Computer literacy and fluency in English is mandatory.
Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
Must be a team player with good presentation skill.
Should have positive attitude and Integrity.
Ability to maintain self composure in a high pressure work place.
Graphics design, product design, photoshop / photographing experience will treat additional priority for this post.

Uttara, Dhaka
Salary Range
15000-20000 BDT.
