Job Description / Responsibility
• Should have strong leadership capacity and team building efficiency.
• Setup guideline for sales team to develop effective sales strategy.
• Achieve company`s goal through Direct Marketing, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing and Tele Marketing.
• Able to initiate action plan to identify potential market along with new sale opportunities.
• Meet the company’s sales target with proper planning and executing.
• Respond to the clients’ query at office and over telephone.
• Coordinate with Collection and Customer service departments for providing smooth and quality services to the clients.
• Sales & Marketing of web based service at local market.
• Execute and Implement marketing plans & activities.
• Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities & be result oriented.
• Any other task assigned by the Management.

Must have MBA/ BBA or equivalent.
Experience Requirements
• 1 to 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Brand Planning/Development, Business Development, Corporate Marketing, Distribution/Supply Chain Management, Sales
Additional Job Requirements
• Experience in Door to door marketing.
• Be flexible to provide off-hour support
• Must have regular knowledge in IT.
• Ability to work under stressful situation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach.
• Fluency at spoken English.
