We are excited to share that that our Advisory Board Chair Kashfia N. Firdous was featured in PAUSE.dhk's Founder's Table! Read on to know more about her incredible journey!

Some people build careers. Others build trust.

When curating Founders’ Table, Kashfia N. Firdous stood out not simply because of the organisations she has helped shape, but because every chapter of her journey seems to be guided by the same principle: doing the right thing, even when no one is watching.

As the Founder of Key Audit Solutions Hub (K.A.S.H.), and with over two decades of leading audit, governance, risk, and assurance for organisations including GSK Bangladesh, icddr,b, and Summit Group, Kashfia has spent her career helping organisations build stronger systems rooted in trust and accountability. Beyond the boardroom, she continues to champion causes close to her heart- from being an aspiring writer to advocating for senior citizens and supporting abandoned children to fostering rescued animals and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

But at Founders’ Table, you’ll hear the stories that rarely make it into biographies or conference introductions- beyond her titles!

An evening where founders and participants come together, not simply to network, but to exchange perspectives, challenge ideas, and leave with conversations that stay with them long after the event ends.

If you’re looking for a networking experience that goes beyond business cards and LinkedIn connections, we’d love to have you at the table.

Africa’s population exceeds 1.5 billion, with a growing economy of around USD 2.8 trillion. Together, Asia and Africa represent some of the world’s fastest-growing markets and the largest youth populations. This forum highlights women’s expanding roles in leadership and global impact in these regions.
