🚚 Transportation Management Session – PGDSCM at Bangladesh Institute of Management
The Transportation Management Session under PGDSCM at Bangladesh Institute of Management focuses on developing practical and strategic knowledge about managing logistics and distribution systems efficiently in both Bangladesh and global contexts.
The session covered key areas including transportation cost optimization, fleet management, freight negotiation, service-level performance, risk mitigation, and the integration of technology in modern logistics systems.
It was a great privilege to share industry insights, real-life case experiences, and practical frameworks with future supply chain leaders.
I sincerely thank the Management of BIM for giving me the opportunity to contribute as a Guest Lecturer.
