Positions: Client Liaison Manager, Vendor Liaison Manager, Data Analyst, Management Trainee Officer (MTO)
Location: Gulshan, Dhaka
Shift: Night Shift (Bangladesh Time)

Renovo IT is expanding its Bangladesh operations and seeking qualified, motivated, and career-driven professionals to join our international team. We work closely with U.S.-based clients in the ITES and property preservation industry, offering excellent opportunities for growth and development.
Position 1: Client Liaison Manager
Salary: BDT 50,000 – 70,000
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in client communication, account handling, or coordination
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities
Experience in client onboarding, client management, and liaison responsibilities
Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Position 2: Vendor Liaison Manager
Salary: BDT 30,000 – 50,000
Requirements:
Minimum 18 months of experience in vendor communication or coordination roles
Strong negotiation, documentation, and follow-up skills
Ability to onboard, manage, and maintain vendor relationships
Experience with international vendors or U.S. property preservation (preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Position 3: Data Analyst
Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)
Requirements:
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and data visualisation tools
Experience in property preservation processing, maintenance processing, and commercial processing
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
Ability to work under deadlines with accuracy
Position 4: Management Trainee Officer (MTO)
Starting Salary: BDT 25,000
Requirements:
Fluent English speaking and writing skills (mandatory)
Fast typing speed and strong communication ability
Must be willing to work night shift
Bachelor’s degree required
Fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply
