Position: Senior Education & Visa Consultant
Abeco Consultant is looking for a skilled, confident, and experienced Senior Education & Visa Consultant to join our growing team.
If you have strong experience in student counselling, university admissions, and visa processing, and you are passionate about guiding students toward their global education goals, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Promote university offers, scholarships, and admission opportunities
✅ Counsel students on study options, country selection, courses, and university requirements
✅ Assist with university applications, offer letters, and COE/CAS/LOA procedures
✅ Support SOP/GTE/GS preparation and interview guidance
✅ Assist with visa documentation, biometrics, medicals, and visa lodgement
✅ Maintain CRM records and convert leads into successful enrolments
Key Requirements
✔ Minimum 2–5 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, counselling, or visa processing
✔ Strong knowledge of international student admission procedures
✔ Good understanding of visa processing for Australia, UK, Canada, New Zealand, and Malaysia
✔ Strong English communication and speaking confidence
✔ Professional email writing skills
✔ Ability to explain visa rules and university requirements clearly
✔ Equivalent English proficiency of IELTS 6.0–7.0 preferred
✔ Strong interview handling and counselling skills
✔ CRM management experience
✔ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
✔ Strong student follow-up and sales conversion skills
✔ Team coordination and compliance awareness
