ঘরের উচ্ছিষ্ট থেকে তৈরি করুন গন্ধহীন শুকনো জৈব কম্পোস্ট সার।

কম্পোস্ট সার তৈরির পদ্ধতি:

২-৩ দিনের জমানো কাচা সবজির খোসা,শাকের ডাল পাতা, পেয়াজের খোসা,ডিমের খোসা,কলার খোসা ইত্যাদি পচিয়ে একাধিক পুষ্টি উপাদান সমৃদ্ধ জৈব সার সহজেই ঘরে তৈরি করতে পারি।

তৈরির ধাপসমূহ-

১. প্রথমে বড় মাটির টব বা প্লাস্টিকের গামলা(ছিদ্র যুক্ত) নিতে হবে। প্লাস্টিকের গামলা ব্যবহার করলে সময় বেশি লাগবে মাটির পাত্রের চেয়ে।মাটিতে গর্ত করেও তৈরি করা যায়৷

২.প্রথম লেয়ার এ কিছু শুকনো পাতা গুড়ো অথবা খবরের কাগজ ছিড়ে দিব।

৩. এর উপর আগে থেকে তৈরি করে রাখা কম্পোস্ট,তার উপর সবজির খোসা দিব।

৪.সবজির খোসার উপরে কিছু কোকোপিট দিব। এতে পরে আলাদা করে মাটি তৈরি করার সময় কোকোপিট মেশাতে হবে না।

৫.এর উপরে সবজির খোসা এরপর পুনরায় কম্পোস্ট,কোকোপিট এভাবে ক্রমানুসারে দিতে থাকব।

৬.সবার উপরে কোকোপিট দেয়ার পর ঢেকে দিব।

বাতাস চলাচল করার জন্য সামান্য ফাঁকা রাখতে হবে। অতিরিক্ত কোন পানি দিতে হবে না,সবজির খোসা থেকে যে পানি বের হবে তা কোকোপিট শুষে নিবে এজন্য কোন গন্ধ হবে না৷

>>সবজির খোসা ছোট টুকরা করে কেটে দিলে আরও ভাল। আগের ব্যবহার করা কম্পোস্ট সবজিকে তাড়াতাড়ি পচতে সহায়তা করবে৷

>>কোকো পিট এবং কম্পোস্ট যদি না থাকে তাহলে স্তরে স্তরে এর পরিবর্তে সাধারণ মাটি দিয়েও করা যায় এক্ষেত্রে কিছুটা গন্ধ হবে আর সময় কিছু বেশি লাগবে। কোকোপিট না থাকলে এর পরিবর্তে কাঠের গুড়া ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন।

>>৩০ দিন সময় লাগবে পচতে। আরও ভালভাবে পচাতে চাইলে ৩৫-৪০ দিন রাখতে হবে।

>>কলার খোসার অংশ,ডিমের খোসা সম্পূর্ণ পচবে না কিছু অংশ থেকে গেলে তা সহ গাছে ব্যবহার করা যাবে।
>>ঝুরঝুরে কম্পোস্ট পেতে ছাকনি দিয়ে ছেকে বাড়তি অংশ পরবর্তী কম্পোস্ট বানানোর সময় ব্যবহার করতে হবে।
