Post: Junior Project Manager
Probation: 1 week.
Duration: 4 months.
Salary: TK.7000/month.
Requirements
1. Professional Attitude: You are punctual, take your commitments seriously, be serious about your duties, and perform your tasks on time.
2. Communication: You can work in a team, communicate, and manage team members effectively. Have initial knowledge about using Slack.
3. Technical knowledge: You have the initial knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Postman, Swagger, and other software documentation. You will learn software documentation in detail while working.
4. Testing: You have to do initial testing of the tasks implemented by the development team.
5. Quick Learner: You can learn anything quickly and know the art of googling [can extract the optimal solution to a problem out of sub-optimal solutions].
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and manage communication with teams and management using Slack.
2. Must arrange and attend all the scrum and other meetings.
3. Have to take notes of all meeting discussions.
4. Organize and summarize the notes and deliver them to the relevant persons.
5. Collect, organize, and summarize features, requirements, updates, bug reports, ideas, and other types of documentation.
6. Organize and summarize code documentation.
7. Take notes of development updates and inform the relevant persons.
8. You can contribute to software development if you want.
9. Maintain documentation on Git, Postman, and Confluence.
10. Assign tasks to developers on Jira.
11. Document user reviews and bugs.
12. Have to attend the office physically at least 1 day per week [Either Saturday or Sunday].
