Hire Consultant for the Position Incubation Service Providers (ISP) for Incubation Center for Entrepreneur Mentoring in Bangladesh Duration 30 Month, Qualification: 1. Minimum Master's degree in Agribusiness/Agricultural Marketing/Agricultural Economics/Business Studies/Business Administration/Economics/Development Economics or relevant subjects;
2. Relevant experience in Agricultural Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Agribusiness Development, or similar fields in the private sector/donor funded. agricultural project as supervisor or coordinator;
3. Minimum working experience is 7 (seven) years in Agrofood Processing, Agro- inputs, Agro-machinery, Non-Agrofood Processing, and Agro-tourism etc.;
4. Experience working with Agri-entrepreneurs, farmers, agribusinesses, cooperatives, and other stakeholders in the agricultural value chain will be given preference;
5. Proficiency in data processing, data analysis, and financial reporting;
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English;
7. Ability to prepare reports, presentations, and preparing marketing materials;
8. Effective networking and relationship-building skills with entrepreneurs, farmers, agribusinesses, government officials, Private Sector and NGOS;
9. Strong analytical abilities to assess market conditions, financial data, and business operations;
10. Demonstrated ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions within the context of agribusiness and agricultural market system;
11. Ability to lead incubation support activities and motivate teams to achieve goals;
12. Understanding of the entrepreneurship, agribusiness, agricultural entrepreneurship contexts and challenges.
13. Knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce platforms can be advantageous;
14. Having a high ethical standards, integrity and professional conduct
