Workplace: Maldives
Fluent in spoken, written and reading Chinese and English, able to independently communicate with local government and territorial personnel;
Proficient in Excel logbook creation, with the ability to draft policies and official documents;
Capable of residing on an island for an extended period, with meticulous coordination skills and strong resilience to pressure;
Priority: Candidates with years of experience in personnel management, especially those with overseas project experience, are preferred.
Salary (USD/Month)
Monthly salary: $1000–1600; the company does not provide accommodation, but offers a monthly subsidy of $650 (housing $450 + meal allowance $200); 30 days of annual leave, with full reimbursement for round-trip airfare (once).
