Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Assurance Manager to lead and oversee GMP-compliant quality systems. The ideal candidate will ensure regulatory compliance, drive continuous improvement, and support cross-functional teams through strong leadership, analytical capability, and process-focused thinking.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Biology
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance role
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, and ICH guidelines
• Proven leadership experience with a focus on regulatory compliance
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent understanding of quality management systems (QMS)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience in data analysis and trend evaluation
• Expertise in process validation and documentation control
• Ability to lead audits, CAPA, deviation handling, and change management
• Strong communication and team coordination skills
Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with GMP/GLP/ICH and regulatory requirements
• Develop, implement, and maintain QA systems and SOPs
• Lead internal and external audits and manage regulatory inspections
• Review validation, stability, and quality-related documentation
• Drive continuous improvement and quality culture across departments
