๐ผ Position: International Telemarketing Executive

๐ Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients in USA & Canada
Generate qualified leads and set appointments
Follow scripts while maintaining a natural conversation flow
Handle objections confidently and professionally
Update and manage data in CRM systems
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Work closely with team leaders to improve performance
๐ Requirements
Strong English communication skills (spoken & listening)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to work night shifts
Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Experience in telemarketing/call center is a plus (Freshers are welcome)
Minimum HSC/Equivalent (Bachelorโs preferred)
๐ฐ Compensation & Benefits
๐ต Salary: 13,250 โ 30,000 BDT/month (based on experience & performance)
๐ Probation Period: 2.5 months (performance-based confirmation)
๐ฏ Performance Bonuses
๐ Salary Review (Half-Yearly & Annually)
๐ 2 Festival Bonuses per year
