৭ বছর বয়সী শিশুর Right Tibial Shaft Fracture
রোগী আমাদের কাছে দেরিতে presentation করেন। ফলে fracture-এর বয়স ও clinical পরিস্থিতি বিবেচনা করে তখন কোনো operative procedure-এ যাওয়া সম্ভব হয়নি। তাই conservative management with plaster immobilization করা হয়।

পরবর্তী follow-up X-ray-এ দেখা যাচ্ছে progressive union with callus formation এবং gradual remodeling of the fracture deformity। 🦴✨
শিশুদের হাড়ের একটি অসাধারণ বৈশিষ্ট্য হলো তাদের high remodeling potential। বয়স, fracture-এর location, residual angulation, deformity-এর plane এবং remaining growth potential—এসবের ওপর নির্ভর করে সময়ের সঙ্গে deformity উল্লেখযোগ্যভাবে সংশোধিত হতে পারে।
প্রকৃতি কখনো কখনো নিজেই একজন দক্ষ surgeon-এর মতো কাজ করে! ❤️
আশা করছি, continued growth ও remodeling-এর মাধ্যমে আগামী কয়েক মাসে alignment আরও উন্নত হবে এবং functional outcome অত্যন্ত ভালো হবে, ইনশাআল্লাহ।
