We are excited to share that Helios successfully conducted a 02 days Supervisor Training in the Southwestern region for the first time! 🎉

This training was a great opportunity to strengthen supervisory skills, enhance field-level management, and ensure quality implementation of our ongoing and upcoming projects. The interactive sessions, practical discussions, and shared experiences made the training truly impactful.

Big thanks to all the participants and facilitators for making this initiative successful. Looking forward to applying these learnings in the field and creating even stronger impact in our communities. 💪✨

We are pleased to share that our team is participating in the “Workshop on Need Assessment for Curriculum Development” organized by the Department of Fisheries, University of Rajshahi.

This workshop provides an important platform to contribute insights toward strengthening fisheries education through curriculum improvement, incorporation of practical skills, and alignment with current academic and industry needs.

We are glad to be part of this knowledge-sharing initiative and look forward to contributing to the development of a more effective and future-oriented curriculum.

Helios Consultancy, in collaboration with Nagorik Uddyog, hosted a validation workshop on the study “Impact of Climate Change on Dalit and Minority Communities with a Focus on Women and Girls.”

The discussion shed light on how climate change deepens inequalities in coastal areas like Khulna and Satkhira—especially for women and girls from marginalized groups. Together, we aim to make their voices heard in the fight for climate justice.

🌸 Baseline Training – SHIKHA Project 🌸

We successfully conducted the baseline training for BRAC’s SHIKHA Project, which focuses on preventing and responding to gender-based violence (GBV) in workplaces, schools, public spaces, and online platforms.

This training will help our team generate quality data to guide evidence-based actions for ensuring safety, dignity, and justice for women and girls in Bangladesh.

🌿✨ Workshop on Strategy Development for Gender and Inclusion in NABAPALLAB Project ✨🌿

We are pleased to share the successful completion of a Validation Workshop on the “Development of Evidence-Based Gender Responsive and Inclusive Good Practices with Gender and Inclusion Action Plan (GIAP) in the Sundarbans Ecologically Critical Area (ECA)”.

This initiative is part of the NABAPALLAB project, led by CARE Bangladesh and supported by Handicap International – Humanity & Inclusion (HI). The project is dedicated to enhancing the resilience of vulnerable communities in the ECAs, while ensuring that interventions are gender-responsive and socially inclusive.
