A private project with 2 units per floor and upper 2 floors contain all the facilities of duplex unit for Landowner . Other basic functions including all utilities also being placed as per client's requirement as they wanted to have some rental units and to live in their OWN HOME.
The main constraint was to accommodate all the facilities Client wished for within this build area with 0% space wastage. We tried to facilitate all the criteria Land Owner asked for, with minimal material ornamentation and proper space utilization, some special spaces inside duplex as open Living and Dining area with connecting stair and terrace, 2 Masterbed, 3 Child Bed and so on.
