PBSS Skills Development Center (PSDC) is a private organization established in 2015 in Mymensingh town under Mymensingh district, situated in the North-eastern part of Bangladesh. PSDC’s main thrust is securing sustainable livelihood development through promoting people’s participation at all levels of capacity development activities and creating scope of access to native and abroad skill workers

job market. According to the organization’s policy, special emphasis is given on women’s participation and in building unskilled people’s capacity towards resilience against livelihood insecurity. At present, PSDC implements different capacity development projects under its SKILLS IS THE KEY theme in achieving its goal.
