If your business depends on marketplaces like Fiverr, Upwork, etc., then you're in a trap.
So many agencies make that one mistake in stage one. They build agencies dependent on Fiverr and Upwork marketplaces. I'm also one of them. It's hard to survive once you build your team and operations based on a marketplace because algorithms are not always the same, and you don't have control over them.
Those can be wings for your agency, not the main traffic stream.
