UK is a world-famous destination for higher study. Most of the world-renowned Universities and college are in UK. For admission, IELTS or TOEFL is not mandatory and tuition fees will have to be sent after admission confirmation.

Option 1:

Universities without IELTS but with MOI, Basel University of Bristol, Birmingham City University

But universities may ask their own English test via Skype or DOULINGO test, depending on the quality of the students.

CAS letters can be issued but the visa issue authorities may not issue the visa if they think that the English ability of the students in not of high standards.

Therefore, the chance of success is very low, if the quality of file is not good.

Option 2:

Universities with OIETC or ELTT test which are 100% online. This the best option. Students can get the test with minimal effort. The following universities recognize the result of the English Language Leve Test (ELTT)for admission onto their programs.
