The Detia Degesch Group and INTRESO Group BV have reached an agreement on the terms of sale of Fumico Holding B.V. (Fumico) in the Netherlands and DDD, d.o.o. Koper (DDD) in Slovenia. Under the agreement, Detia Degesch Group will acquire the assets from INTRESO Group BV as part of its continued expansion into international markets.

𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗕𝗟𝗨𝗘𝗙𝗨𝗠𝗘® 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

BLUEFUME® has proven its efficacy in the field during a large-scale trial at a wheat mill in Târgu Jiu, Romania. Researchers recorded complete mortality of all adult and larval 𝘛𝘳𝘪𝘣𝘰𝘭𝘪𝘶𝘮 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘧𝘶𝘴𝘶𝘮 — one of the most damaging pests in stored grain environments.

The study was carried out by Romanian pest control company Axiven, in collaboration with the University of Craiova.

As global demand grows for effective, sustainable alternatives to methyl bromide and phosphine, BLUEFUME® continues to prove its value with successful applications now in Germany, Belgium, France, Australia, South Africa, Malaysia, and now Romania.

Last week, the Australian team hosted representatives from the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF) at our Headquarters in Melbourne, Australia for a live demonstration of eFUME® application on a shipping container.

This marks a critical milestone as we approach the final stages of approval for eFUME® as a treatment solution for Brown Marmorated Stink Bug (BMSB) in Australia. With its focus on environmental sustainability and proven efficacy, eFUME® will play a pivotal role in the fumigation landscape and provide an alternative onshore and offshore treatment option.
