Mindful daily activity:
Choose a routine activity in your daily life- something you do every day, such as taking a shower, washing dishes or making coffee. For the next week, see if you can do it mindfully.
Bring an awareness to the activity each time you do it. If you are washing dishes, be present with washing dishes. Just be aware of what you are doing while you are doing it.

We are human beings, but we have forgotten how to “be “. Mindfulness creates space for “being “ rather than “doing “.
If you allow time for being, it will help your doing to be more productive.
