👑 Last week, DigiTribe hit the road… with a sweet tradition!

Our teams travelled across Belgium to deliver a cherished annual tradition: The Epiphany cake delivery.

A total of 137 galettes, crafted with care by artisan bakery Brut in Leuze, were shared with our consultants and clients nationwide.

It’s a simple thing, born from a simple belief: beyond projects and results, we truly enjoy sharing moments with the people we work with - because connection, gratitude, and community matter to us.

Thank you to Brut for their craftsmanship - and congratulations to all the kings and queens who found the fève!

As 2025 comes to an end, we would like to sincerely thank you for your trust, support, and collaboration throughout the year. It has truly been a pleasure working together.

This year was marked by meaningful moments and shared achievements. We organised two editions of Padel 4 Good, our padel tournament dedicated to fundraising - one supporting Infirmiers de Rue and another for Relais pour la Vie. We also proudly took part in the Relais pour la Vie, contributing to the fight against cancer.

Our Summer Party was another highlight of the year, bringing our community together and giving us the chance to see our network connect and share great moments.

This year was also all about impact, connection and growth. We were proud to receive the EcoVadis Gold Medal and to become a Member of the UN Global Impact, while also being nominated at the Data News Awards for Fintech of the Year and Scale-Up Company of the Year

We strengthened our community through meaningful moments: organizing a full team offsite in Normandy, a Summer Drink in Antwerp with our ambassadors, Tribe Connect events, Meet the CxO sessions, afterworks and breakfasts… Bringing people together!

Beyond business, we also took time to give back by cooking for foodtruck Solitaire - opération Thermos and waste cleaning with Wake up - Clean up.

A year focused on networking, purpose and human connection !

We hope that 2026 will be just as rich, inspiring, and full of memorable experiences as 2025.

For her, every day begins by making sure to know the clients’ needs. Understanding their expectations is key to finding the right talent !

Once the mission is clear, it’s time to focus on different positions and look for the right profile !

Through warm, personalized qualification calls, Charlotte uncovers what candidates are truly looking for - their motivations, goals, and key accomplishments. 📞
When there’s a strong match, she connects them directly with the right client, working closely with Account Managers to ensure the perfect fit.

After being here for only months, Charlotte is still in the process of learning. However, she has a tip to find the right candidates : Not to stick specifically to a job title ! It’s more important to pay attention to the job description more than the title to understand what the candidate will have to do. So that it can match their experience.

Our Engagement Officers work with our community of experts to create spaces and events where everyone feels safe to learn, try new things and share both vulnerabilities and successes in support of their own growth and the growth of others.

📊 For our Change Manager Mariève, when it comes to tech adoption, what truly matters is measuring the right things.

First, the quantitative insights:

✅ Are users applying the tool correctly?
High volumes of errors or tickets may indicate a need to simplify the process… or to retrain the users.
✅ Is the system meeting its usage and accuracy objectives?
For example: Are users logging into the CRM every day? Are customer data fields completed accurately enough to be usable?

Then comes the qualitative layer:

💬 Ask your users.
Is it simple? Does it help? What could be improved?
Collect quick, frequent feedback to continuously refine the tool.

Because in the end, great user experience comes from listening, measuring, and improving—every day.
Because in the end it’s about delivering the best user experience

What if connection didn’t need to be sold?

Our key account manager Nathan says one of his most memorable experiences so far has been seeing how both clients and consultants genuinely enjoy working with his team because they can feel the authenticity and care behind everything they do.

Having worked in sales his entire life, from retail to B2B, it’s the first time he doesn’t even need to sell to truly connect, and he couldn’t be happier. He’s never wanted to be a “carpet seller,” so Digitribe felt like the perfect fit ! ✨

Outside of work, Nathan loves spending quality time with friends and family, traveling, and indulging in his passion for fashion (he lives to dress to impress 😎).
But his biggest passion of all is animals : he’s a huge fan of his cat, Hortense, aka “Horticulture” to close friends 🐱

🌍 From Sweden to Portugal : four countries later, still connecting people.

Lina is a recruiter from Sweden currently living in her 4th country, working from DigiTribe's Portuguese office. She has previously worked with international recruitment in her home country, Czechia, and Malta.

A little over 2 years ago, she joined DigiTribe, taking her first real step into the IT world. But during her free time, she enjoys running, pilates, and crafting.
What she appreciates is how DigiTribe allows her to use that creativity in her daily work : creating new processes and connecting to the community. 🤝

Her favorite part of recruitment is having the opportunity to connect and talk with all kinds of people with diverse backgrounds and bringing everyone together in one community of experts. 💬
