Wakaze Sakagura is originally a sake brewery in Japan. In search of good sake outside Japan, Takuma and master brewer Shoya started a contemporary brewery in Paris, based on centuries-old Japanese knowledge and traditions while using local French ingredients and innovative techniques.

Wakaze Yuzu
Yuzu sake is a delicious aperitif, with no added sugars, infused with yuzu, a typically Japanese citrus fruit, grown in the southern French town of Eus. Very fresh, slightly bitter and the added mint creates a complex aroma, with an alcohol content of only 13%.
Wakaze Barrel ‘Pinot Noir’
Sake aged in Pinot Noir barrels from Beaune. Rich and smoky, with notes of vanilla and roasted black tea. Delicious with dessert or a savoury piece of cheese.
Wakaze Barrel ‘Cognac’
Brewed according to the Kijo-shu method, using already-brewed sake instead of water during fermentation. It is then aged in Cognac barrels for two months. Soft texture, rich aroma with hints of honey. Delicious with a ‘coq au vin’, blue cheese, or simply after a meal.
