Men who go to sleep before 10.30 have better s***m quality !

That’s the conclusion of a study by Danish researchers at Aarhus Universitet carried out on 104 men in 2020.

The study suggests that men who go to bed before 10.30 are 4x more likely to have good-quality s***m than those who go to bed after 11.30.

Sleep duration is also important, because according to the study, men who sleep less than 7 hours a night are also more likely to have poor s***m quality.

So don’t be a fool, take care of your sleep if you want to take care of your future ! 😉
