🌈 Colour Theory is fascinating!
Take the time to understand the difference between colours that compliment each other and colours that can blend.

🦋 Here I was playing with both the colour and the structure/flow … seeing what works and what doesn’t so I can transfer it to ‘on the job’

🛞 Keeping a colour wheel handy when you are painting can really help… because if you try and blend colours from opposite sides of the colour wheel you are in trouble!

💪However… you can push the boundaries too once you understand how colours interact and you will achieve that by sitting down and just playing with them.

Google ‘colour wheel’ you can print one off the internet easily and there are lots of simple colour theory guides on you tube.

🕰️ Investing a bit of practice time into your craft and it will pay off!!

Vind jij rozen schminken ook zo moeilijk? Maak het jezelf makkelijk en schmink gewoon een ander soort bloem! Dan hoef je niet te priegelen met die moeilijke draaiende penseel bewegingen.

Repost of the talented ❤️
The big house clean begins as I make it all sparkly and shiny to put up the tree. In love and have my first Santa face paint job this Saturday. Festive (search Festival Palette……the naughty elf on a shelf spelled it wrong on the back label, toy making is a far better use of his time than writing) available worldwide limited yearly edition out now at your favourite face paint stores. If you aren’t sure where to buy the palette, drop your country below in the comments and I’ll find you a store near you that has it in stock. Fusionbodyart have already sold out of the palette for this year, don’t miss out on the festive fun!
