Imagine posting an invoice to SAP as easily as asking a question. That is exactly what the Cubis AI Accounting Clerk sets out to do.

This prototype shows how a Copilot agent can read a vendor invoice PDF, choose the correct GL account and submit the posting through a secure and auditable flow, giving finance teams a smoother way of working without changing their SAP processes.

Mattia, Pieter, and Joachim spent last week at SAP's headquarters in Walldorf for the Business Data Cloud Partner Event. It's always valuable to connect with the SAP community in person, especially at the source.

After years of partnering with SAP, these events give us a chance to align on what's next in data and analytics, share experiences with other partners, and get a clearer picture of the roadmap ahead. The conversations we have here often shape how we approach projects in the months to come.
