Authenticity isnโ€™t new. We just notice faster when itโ€™s missing.

Whether youโ€™re talking to someone across a table, or speaking to thousands online, the rules havenโ€™t really changed. Communication is still context. Trust is still coherence. And people still respond to what feels real โ€” even if the platforms evolve faster than our coffee cools.

It was created with AI โ€” as part of the same creative workflow that helps me build strategy, content, structure and clarity for the brands I work with.

But thatโ€™s the point:
Tools can change. Channels can change. Technology can change.

Authenticity isnโ€™t defined by how something is made โ€”
but by whether the story behind it still holds true.

AI doesnโ€™t replace the human part.
It amplifies it, if you know what story youโ€™re telling.
And if youโ€™re willing to stay consistent while the medium evolves.

When there was just one vending machine, the question was:
Do I want something or not?
When there were two, it became:
Which one do I want?
Result: more sales. Not split. Just more.

Sometimes your customer isnโ€™t afraid to buy โ€”
Theyโ€™re just unsure what to choose.

And if thereโ€™s nothing to choose from? They walk away.

I see it all the time with entrepreneurs and small businesses:
There is value. There is an offer.
But thereโ€™s no clarity.
No choice.
No framework.

So what works?
โ€“ A basic and a premium offer
โ€“ A path that moves at your clientโ€™s pace
โ€“ Or simply: โ€œWant me to do it for you โ€” or with you?โ€

The question shapes the answer.

Not: โ€œDo you want to work with me?โ€
But: โ€œHow do you want to work together?โ€

Business development isn't just about deciding where to investโ€”it's equally about determining what to cut.

Itโ€™ s a critical question I consistently and repeatedly HAVE to ask my clients : "What are you going to stop doing?"

Why? Because sustainable growth comes from focused effort, not scattered attempts to do everything.

So, Iโ€™m curious ๐Ÿ‘€: What could your business stop doing today to grow better tomorrow?

(And the picture: thatโ€™s something I should stop doing myself, like losing my stuff left and right. Why? Because the brain is doing something else. ๐Ÿคญ)
