I spent years in corporate operations before I started working with small business owners.

And when I made that switch, I realized something pretty quickly. Nobody was teaching founders the same foundational systems that make larger companies actually run.

The tools are different. The team size is different. But the gaps? Almost identical.

No system for recurring tasks. No documentation for the team to reference. No visibility on what's actually working. No clear structure for who does what.

I've now sat inside hundreds of businesses across completely different industries. And the same 70% of the problem shows up every single time.

My whole work is built around one belief: operations should be adapted to your brain, not the other way around.

In my years of working with small business owners, I've noticed something.

Every single one of them is overwhelmed.
