Breath is grace AND power 
 
If I love mentoring alongside the dimension of the breath, it isn’t because it is relaxing 
 
It is because it holds every aspects of you 
It is the mirror of your polarities 
The voice of your nervous system  
And an open door to your soul’s mission

There’s a portal within…  
  
I’ve always known that my soul’s purpose was to reconnect the world to the Source within  
  
« I want to make humanity breathe » I said  
« We will live in continuous loops until we reach that flowing connection. Personally & collectively »  
  
The Universe, to ensure that, gave me 33.1 as my conscious sun, the pull to live in retreat until I reach the foundation of life, until I remember the Source  
  
I’ve explored everything life gave me to see  
  
Then I dove deep into Human Design and discovered how breath energetics is entangled to it  
  
Of course it is a never ending task and I could easily spend my life in retreat, exploring existence for ever… and never sharing  
  
But I can hear my soul calling. « It is time ! »  
  
My heart is activated  
  
The planet is out of breath  
  
Anxiety is bursting  
  
We already know the masculine approach of the breath, the conscious use of techniques to reach a certain state  
  
NOW is the time for the feminine dimension of the breath  
  
Contemplating the flower of the Universe blooming inside of us, as One  
  
Touching infinity with every breath  
  
Until we FEEL we are part of it  
  
And, as such, owning the immensity of it all  
  
Owning it all is a HUGE responsibility we don’t want to avoid anymore  
  
So I take mine  
  
I’m yours to teach, to breathe, to hold that infinite space and watch you open to life from the Source within

I’m not a healer 
 
I break the barrier that separates you from your infinity

I’ve watched hundreds of breaths of women who told me they were ready to manifest their dreams.

After years of trauma experience with some of my clients, there was a moment I realized that unless I would get them  to transform their daily breath experience, they would never get rid of  their trauma responses.  
 
  
Because each time we breathe, we reactivate the past or we  invite the chosen future.  
 
  
Breathwork, even on a daily basis isn’t enough if we’re not  embracing our breath the rest of the day.  
 
The pleasure to breathe is the key.

It is a state of bliss, the mere connection to the heart of the universe   
  
It doesn’t mean I don’t experience downs or challenges  
  
It only means that I experience it from a place where I’m held  
  
Living in your breath is also accessing the mere creative process of life  
  
I like seeing Light as the masculine side of creation and Breath as the feminine one  
  
When you live from there, there’s no need for hustling  
  
A deep breath becomes you talking directly with the universe  
  
You’re immediately connected to your vision, you become your dream  
  
Because Breath embraces you  
  
And you let her do

Note to our doubts... 
 
And to our G centers, especially undefined...
 
Nothing exists except love. 
 
A shadow is just the sign that we are hiding from light. 
 
But even in the shadow there is light. ALWAYS. 
 
Love is to the human race what gravity is to space:
 
Unconditional Attraction. 
 
Sometimes becoming aware of it takes a little longer 
 
But nothing will ever change.
