assage à Bruxelles et souhaitant disposer d’un espace de travail confortable et connecté. Le L42 est totalement dédié aux affaires, réunions et rencontres événementielles. Son concept est innovant et répond aux besoins de télétravail induit par l’internationalisation de Bruxelles. Le L42 comprend des salles de réunions, des bureaux, une résidence hôtelière, un restaurant et une « conciergerie » : tout est réuni sous un même toit, dans un bâtiment d’exception (Prix de la construction 2012). L'espace, confortable et élégant, feutré et lumineux du L42 s’étire sur plusieurs niveaux. Il offre toutes les facilités aux hommes et femmes actifs et exigeants, à la recherche ponctuelle d'espaces modulables dotés des dernières technologies. L’art contemporain, sélection de la collection Uhoda, s’invite sur chaque mur comme source d’inspiration. L’ensemble du mobilier est signé VITRA et a fait l’objet d’une sélection spécifique parmi les designers les plus impliqués dans la recherche de confort lié aux notions très actuelles de nomadisme du travail, de mondialisation et de l’exploitation NTIC (nouvelles technologies d’information de communication). Pour le mobilier trois objectifs : confort, ergonomie et esthétique. La cabine de concentration pour open-space signée par les stars du design Ronan et Erwan Bouroullec est donc un des éléments principaux de l’aménagement du L42. C'est l’implantation originale des espaces de travail et la qualité de ses mobiliers qui donnent au lieu sa singularité. 📱Are you hooked up all day long to your smartphone like we are too at L42? No doubt this device has become an essential working tool over the past few years. Yes, it can be time and energy-consuming, and difficult to put aside, but some apps are designed to facilitate your life, so why not use them?

Here are some tips & tricks from our event organizer Lucile, who is juggling everyday with her daily workload, her personal and inspiring blog and her social life in Brussels 🤹‍♀️ Here’s her selection of free apps that she uses a lot:

▶️ Todoist: a very intuitive app to create and manage to-do-lists. You can set deadlines for your tasks and share them with other people. The app is also available on your computer, so you can also use it easily at home or at work!

▶️ Tiny Scanner: need to scan a document but no scanner at hand? Use Tiny Scanner! You take a picture of your document and the app reproduces a scan-like result. Very handy for nomadic workers.

▶️ Snapseed : a free picture editing app. With its wide range of settings and filters, Snapseed is a must-have, especially if you want to have a coherent Instagram feed. We use it every week!

▶️ Castbox: because getting inspiration is essential to boost your creativity and remain on the page about your topics of interest, podcasts are a must to listen to in your car, your daily commute or at home. Castbox has an unlimited catalogue of podcasts, you’ll certainly find something interesting for yourself.

Today is the second day of the All Digital Summit 2020 ! We are very pleased to host this loyal customer in our premises, in a different format than usual. Given the Covid-19 situation, the summit is happening digitally with studios in Berlin (Germany), Foligno (Italy) and Brussels at L42 Business Center & Workspaces, with some audience present in our Live room as well. With the support of our AV partner, everything was organized for a smooth 2-day event, with people joining from one of the 3 official locations or... from their own home office!

/ COVID-19 : CAPACITY LIMITS /

Feeling confused with the recent Covid-19 updates related to the event industry? Well, here are the current capacity limits applicable at L42 Business Center at the time being.

We currently remain limited by the size of our rooms, as we have to provide enough space for people to stay 1,50m from each other at all time, meaning about 4m² per person in an empty room. Our Live room has roughly 100m² of empty space, so the maximum of people it can host is 25 persons, seated and static.

When it comes to creating other kind of set-ups, other limits apply. Refer to the graphics below to know how many people we can host for your meeting or event. And for any other set-ups or needs, never hesitate to contact us for a personalized answer and offer.

🎉 Welcome to the 2 newcomers in the Ritchie family at L42 ! The Belgian craft lemonades have successfully replaced the mainstream sodas in our fridges, and visitors were very pleased to discover them. Tasteful, refreshing, cool design, and locally produced... those were the positive feedback we could hear. We decided to keep on going on that path and extend the family: give a try to our 2 new lemonade flavours, Cola Zero and Grapefruit!

Cola Zero is your guilty pleasure... without the guilt! It sparkles on your tastebuds just like classic Cola drink, but without sugar! The Grapefruit lemonade is excellent to refresh and energize you with a subtle mix of grapefruit, lemon and orange juices, with a hint of ... pineapple!

Throwback to a successful event organized by MCS Kick&Rush, a Belgium-based company specialized in brand marketing and branded promotional items. Last year, they held an ecological promotional item fair in our Lounge, that has been transformed for the occasion into a mini-market where different exhibitors could display their products and meet and discuss with potential clients.

This is a good example of how flexible we can be when it comes to setting up our rooms and re-thinking the spaces to fit your needs. For MCS Kick&Rush, we dedicated wide display tables for the exhibitors and created a nice networking spot in the middle of our Lounge, using our comfortable sofas and armchairs. The Live room also hosted a couple exhibitors, a stage for key speeches, and chairs for the audience.

We are always listening to your ideas and brainstorming with you to create the best event experience possible for you and your participants. Sky is the limit!

During this sanitary crisis, our manager Thuy Mai had time to think about her own way of living and how she would like to make her daily life a little bit more environmental-friendly everyday. Remaining in phase with the greener and sustainable initiatives of L42 was a natural and logical step that took shape through very concrete initiatives taken at home.

Besides using the inevitable hydroalcoholic gel to maintain a good hygiene of the hands and to prevent the spread of viruses, she turned to natural products that can replace the most commonly used commercial cleaning products, to maintain a hygienic and safe house.

Looking for a quiet space for your confidential meeting or for a fruitful working session with your team? Our Link02 might just be the ideal place for you. The colorful yet cosy meeting room is equipped with a nice central table and 10 comfortable armchairs, a flatscreen and a flipchart. If you feel thirsty, water, coffee and teas are available at all time in the room and can be refilled by our staff if you wish. The paintings and photography by Belgian artists Laurent Impeduglia and Michel François decorate the space and will surely be a source of inspiration and sparkle your creativity!

The meeting room is also completely soundproof so you can work in a serene environment even if you are sitting just next to Rue de la Loi. We are located 2min away (on foot!) from the Arts-Loi metro station. Accessibility is our core asset!

At the time being, we can host up to 4 persons in Link02 room to guarantee the respect of safety distances, but we are always open to check availabilities for you in our other rooms for bigger meetings.

🤩 Yeepee, our Live room is ready to welcome you again, with a brand-new floor in a sustainable and technologic flooring material: Bolon. Bolon is made up of woven vinyl threads, giving it a resemblance to a classic carpet, but with the advantage of being very easy to clean, and very resisting to dust and stains. It also lasts longer in time, and incorporates recycled materials, making it a sustainable choice. Bolon is widely used in hotel lobbies and corridors, open spaces in companies, and other places with intensive passage. It was an ideal and smart choice for our main conference room, as Bolon also offers more comfort and sound-proofing for your events than our previous flooring. We selected a light grey tone, with some discreet patterns, giving our Live room more light and elegance!

What do you think about it? See our before and after pictures, and all the steps in between. And as a bonus, the Live room ready and well-prepped with a boardroom set up, for today’s group meeting! Yes, we are back to business and it feels great!

We trusted Codimat Collection Bruxelles as our provider for the renovation of our floor, as well as Electro-Choc for the replacement of our electric floor boxes. Both of them showed proactivity, professionalism and we couldn’t dream of a better collaboration for this renovation!

A concise and very clear client’s review from the Fissac Consortium, that we hosted for the very first time early this year in January. This comment underlines one of our main assets: a dedicated assistance and support during the preparation of the event, but also the day of the event with a 100% presence of our team on-site. We do our best (and beyond!) to anticipate your needs and prevent any trouble from happening. But if something does happen in the course of the event… we never let you down! We truly value this sense of service and are always ready to help the event organizers for any request, problem or doubt they might have during the day. We are infused with a solution-oriented mindset, and that clearly makes us stand out from other event venues and competitors!

We miss hosting events at L42 because being at your service is part of our DNA. Luckily, small gatherings and meetings can still take place here: tomorrow we host a 18-person conference and that makes us feel pretty good!

Not our usual event picture, right? 🧐 Wondering what we are up to in our Live room ? Well… At L42, you know that we never stay seated and doing nothing! We took advantage of this long “break” to work on some other projects, including a makeover of our main conference room carpet. After a long life of good services, we decided to offer our carpet a well-deserved retirement 👵 Therefore, we chose a sustainable and brand-new flooring for the Live room, aiming to offer comfort and sound-proofing for our future events.

Curious about the result? Be a little bit more patient… this is an ongoing project and new pictures will be revealed soon for a “before/after” comparison. And we’ll be ready in a couple days to welcome you back in the Live room for your small events and gatherings up to 18 persons.

Throwback to a successful event we hosted before the Covid crisis – what an appetizing picture! 🤤 We truly miss this view on fresh breakfast pastries and delightful Greek yoghourts and fruit salads. Those sweet treats are prepared by our beloved provider Food To Go and their amazing team. They always adapt to our needs, and never say no for deliveries at the crack of dawn! Food to Go is also showing a strong and positive attitude towards the respect of the environment and the sustainability of their products: did you notice the use of reusable glass jars? They are not only pretty, but above all, an example of what Food to Go has put in place to be more eco-friendly. No doubt we love them!

In this peculiar and stressful period, let’s also support our friends and providers who struggle everyday to survive, despite the current limits to their business. The team of Food to Go still cooks and bakes savory and sweet dishes with much love and delivers their amazing food to your doorstep in Brussels.
