Yet the cause often lies elsewhere: in the way organisations are designed.

Organisation design helps address underlying causes and enables both strong performance and sustainable work.

Together with Prof. Geert Van Hootegem (KU Leuven), we explore:

• how structure shapes behaviour and decision-making
• why certain organisational problems keep returning
• how organisations can start redesigning in practice
