How do we cultivate resiliency, adaptability and overall well-being during difficult times?
5 C’s of Resilience & Well-being:
1️⃣Control: There is a lot of uncertainty, with the COVID-19 situation changing daily, even hourly.
2️⃣Commitment: Our work has become more challenging to accomplish. We also need to balance this with our personal commitments.
3️⃣Connections: We cannot do this alone. We need to establish and maintain caring connections, both at work and in our personal lives.
4️⃣Calming: Some of us maybe experiencing COVID-19-related anxiety and fears and associated insomnia. You are not alone.
5️⃣Care for self: We know this is going to be a difficult time. Self-care is a necessary investment. When we take care of ourselves, we are better able to meet the needs of our clients/customers, colleagues, family and community.
